This course teaches about the technologies that are being used in the marketplace. The course covers market-driven content such as wireless LANs, security and network management, TCP/IP, and application layers.


This course covers the basic hardware of a personal computer, including installation, operations and interactions with software. Topics include component identification, memory-system, peripheral installation and configuration, preventive maintenance, hardware diagnostics/repair, installation and optimization of system software, commercial programs, system configuration, and device-drivers.


This course uses broad coverage and clear exposition to present a complete picture of the dynamic computer science field. An overview of each of the important areas of Computer Science (e.g. Networking, OS, Computer Architecture, Algorithms) provides you with a general level of proficiency for future courses.


This course covers the introduction to the computer science discipline, including an introduction to computing environments, general application software, computing hardware, operating systems, desktop publishing, internet, software applications and tools and computer usage concepts; introducing software engineering and information technology within the broader domain of computing.


This course explains how to successfully manage an IT project and prepare Track from Start to Finish. The course walks you through each step of the IT project management process, covering critical strategies for on-time and within-budget projects.

Knowledge of telecommunications technologies such as DDS, ISDN, T1/E1, ATM, and SONET is critical in today's competitive IT job market. This course covers not only DDS, ISDN, T1, and other physical media but goes further to explain how their international counterparts work-much-needed information when working with today's global, sophisticated networks.


With the increasing necessity of today’s use of telecommunications technologies, businesses need to manage their telecommunications machines effectively to derive the benefits of telecommunication technology. This course provides you with the knowledge to develop both strong business management and technology skills necessary to become successful telecommunications managers.


This course covers both depth and perspective to introductory wireless data communications by helping you discover technologies from Bluetooth to Satellites. This course has been structured to follow a more logical approach, covering Wireless Personal Area Networks, Wireless Local Area Networks, Wireless Metropolitan Area Networks, and Wireless Wide Area Networks.


This course provides extensive and detailed coverage of Block, Cyclic, BCH, Reed-Solomon, Convolutional, Turbo, and Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) codes, together with relevant aspects of Information Theory and EXIT chart performance analysis for iteratively decoded error-control techniques.


This course deals with applications of signal processing to transform what we hear or see to the form that is most suitable for transmission or storage for a future retrieval. The unprecedented growth in the range of multimedia services offered today by modern telecommunication systems is possible because of the advancements in signal processing technologies and algorithms.
